Pre-Listing / Seller’s Inspection
During a Seller’s Inspection service, we’ll include everything that comes with the Buyer’s Home Inspection. However, unlike that service, this will buy you enough time to get any issues repaired before someone sets foot on the property. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to increase the value of your home.
New Construction Inspection
With a newly constructed home, you probably think you’ve gotten a place that’s completely immaculate. Unfortunately, there are lots of little issues that can show up from the very first moment. We will check for any of these, including an inspection for common construction shortcuts.
New Construction Phase Inspections
If you want to keep your construction project moving smoothly, you’ll need to invest in New Construction Phase Inspections. We will visit the property multiple times during the construction process to make sure everything is going according to plan. If it’s not, we’ll report back to you immediately.
11-Month / Builder’s Warranty
When your home has been newly constructed, it usually comes with a 12-month warranty. Let us inspect your home during the 11th month to verify that everything is okay. If it’s not, we’ll tell you exactly what to make a claim about.
Home Maintenance Inspection
We recommend getting a Home Maintenance Inspection service at least once a year. This will keep you on top of the issues that are developing in your home. Even better, by catching things early, you should be able to save a lot of money!
Loan Draw Inspections
Lenders want to make sure that the New Construction team is working diligently before they’ll release each new loan draw. That’s where we come in. With our Loan Draw Inspection service, we’ll visit the site and report back on the current condition, including whether or not the builder is on-budget.
Re-Inspections
This is your final chance to make sure everything is exactly as you want it. Without getting a Re-Inspection, you’ll be personally liable for any issues that weren’t addressed before you signed off on the house. Protect your pocketbook by getting one last inspection.
Radon Testing
Radon is a completely invisible, noiseless, and tasteless killer. In fact, 21,000 people die due to excessive radon each year, but most of them have no idea where they were exposed. Reduce your family’s risk by having a Radon Test conducted in your future home.
Water Testing
Does your new property have a well? You should get the well inspected to verify that it’s safe to drink. We will collect samples and check for the presence of any bacteria.
Chimney and Fireplace
During this comprehensive inspection, we’ll carefully check your chimney and fireplace. This is the best way to make sure that your fireplace is ready to go! Protect your family from issues with clogs and other problems by getting your Chimney and Fireplace inspected.
Air Quality Testing
Is the indoor air quality good enough? Find out with this test. We’ll inspect the air quality for any signs of particulate matter that could be causing a variety of health issues.
Light Commercial Building / Property Inspection
We inspect light buildings, which means storefronts, strip malls, etc. Find out more about this service by contacting us today.
